The two charts you can access from this page provide a representative comparison of the pricing for a number of finishes. The finishes are divided into two groups: Trivalent Finishes and Hexavalent Finishes:

Trivalent finishes are replacing hexavalent finishes in many applications due to the carcinogenic properties of hexavalent chrome. Modern Plating worked with the world's leading chemical manufacturers in the development of its line of trivalent chromates and sealers to insure the availability of finishes that meet the needs of a variety of industries both today and in the future.

The lowest price finish, Zinc Phosphate & Oil, was assigned a value of 1. All other finishes were then compared to the base cost of Zinc Phosphate & Oil. The higher the cost factor, the more expensive the finish.
